Abby Malone

Abby Malone is a 32-year-old professional coach and competitor, who has trained full time for 25 years. She is the 2 X Masters World Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, A World, European, and National Champion in Taekwondo, and a Junior Olympian. She’s been featured in numerous publications including a full-page feature in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. She has competed worldwide in locations around the globe such as Canada, Scotland, Italy, and Portugal.

As a coach, she specializes in youth coaching and the psychology of youth sports. She has an BA in Spanish from the University of Central Arkansas with a minor in nutrition, and also studied counseling there in graduate school. She is a professional strength and conditioning coach.  She is married to Revolution Academy head coach Jory Malone, and is the first and only Black Belt under the World Champion. When not coaching the athletes at Revolution MMA Benton, Abby spends her time doing photography professionally.

Taekwon-Do

Abby began training in striking in June 1988.
She has competed under multiple TaeKwon-Do organizations including: World TaeKwon-Do Federation (WTF), Global Taekwon-Do Federation (GTF), United States TaeKwon-Do Federation (USTF), and the AKC (Arkansas Karate Circuit). Her rank has been recognized by all listed organizations during competition.  With the exception of 1 Arkansas State Championship, all competitions are as a black belt competitor:

  • 2x Arkansas State Champion in Arkansas Karate Circuit
